Just thought I'd mention that the new adventure for Honor + Intrigue is now available at RPGNow and DriveThruRPG for $5.00 :!:

The Sorcerer of Volupa at RPGNow

The Sorcerer of Volupa at DriveThru RPG

This is a great deal as it also includes a GM Screen and 8 new dueling styles. The descriptions on the sites read...

Embark an an Arabian adventure of swashbuckling, sword, and sorcery!

When a princess is kidnapped by an evil sorcerer, the Sultan of Juman offers bold adventurers rich rewards for her safe return. But the sorcerer of the island of Volupa is well protected. Pirates, monsters, and the very sea itself seem to protect his island from unwanted heroics. The jungle island itself is said to be teeming with monstrosities assembled by the sorcerer to protect his sanctum. This swashbuckling adventure will require all the cunning and high-flying action the heroes can muster!

In addition to an Arabian adventure of swashbuckling heroics, this product features:

  • All PDFs are layered so you can print them as a "printer friendly" file.

A 6-page landscape format GM’s screen full of useful information for running Honor + Intrigue for both GMs and Players alike.

8 new Dueling Styles for use with any Honor + Intrigue campaign including:

    • Wilhelm Tell (crossbow)

Badiya Siklon (“Desert Cyclone”, paired scimitars)

Baaz Ke Panje (“Falcon’s Talon”, scimitar and knife)

      Fedai (heavy scimitar)

Fate’s Favorite (for one armed with sheer luck)

      Kurash (wrestling)

Yilan Azidiş (“Serpent’s Fang”, paired knives)

      Yıldırım (“Lightning”, scimitar)

And advice for augmenting “The Eastern Style” from Honor + Intrigue.

New Middle Eastern equipment including the kris, kukri, talwar, heavy scimitar, and chainmail armor

8 sample PCs so you can dive right into the adventure. There is even advice on how to customize this adventure for certain PCs to personalize the game.

Kind of weird - 453 views and no comments. Is there nobody else out there interested in Honor + Intrigue? I kind of feel like a lonely voice shouting in the wind :(

I'm a fan of Arabian adventure, but I've never picked up Honor + Intrigue, and I'm knee deep in working on something else for BASH Fantasy. I need to get further along with that before I start on new distractions, but your adventure is on my radar. :)

It's not my adventure. I just wanted people to be aware it was available, is * good value and includes new fencing schools and a GM screen. 8-)

I have it. I hope to run it one day.

I would like to encourage more development for this game because I really like it.

It would have been great to see a sample scenario and pregen characters for free download for example. That would make it a lot easier to get into it.

Sample characters as a free download sounds like a good idea! I'd need to work on a scenario, though.

Another option is to come up with a list of adventure seeds and ideas. This has been done to great effect on another game site.

It's on my wish list, but might wait until after I get Heroes of Hellas. Though trying to adapt the maneuvers to HoH might be pretty interesting....

Well, I've got both H+I and HoH and I'm definitely thinking about using the manoeuvres in HoH as well.

It seems kind of natural to do so, to give HoH a more cinematic flair
