I know BASHMAN! Has many things on the go now, but I thought I'd start a thread for Awesome Powers - mainly because I can't get anything from a search and it's something I'm looking forward to more than I like to admit.. Hopefully Chris can poke the thread in his own good time when there is more news.
What specifically are folk hoping to see in it? - obviously powers powers Powers! But anything they're really looking forward to?

For me... I'm sure I could think of actual powers were I to take a solid look. But I haven't been able to focus on BASH! in a while (too long!). So I have nothing for powers. But here are some ideas I'd like/expect to see in addition to actual powers:
- Awesome-Combos!: power blocks that are common in the iconic heroes/villains as "plug-n-play" modulars, and explanations on how they're used. Better still, combo-blocks for the HARDER characters to model such as Rogue. The ones everyone always asks about, meaning... I'd take a look on the rules section of the forums and notate ALL of those common power-block questions to cover.
- Clever-Builds!: as in power-blocks or just general powers and a description for them, for looking at the power from a different angle. To help players/Narrators consider simple/elegant builds and unique takes on powers. A common one is the multiple uses for the simple Armor power that can be used for anything from representing the Thing or Colossus, to minor uses of Regeneration or Fast Healing.
- Powers Alphabetically!: This actually could just be a simple free DLC that would immensely help Narrators. From my experience ordering the powers in categories in the core book is GREAT for character creation. However, during games (as Narrator or player) having them listed re-arranged in Alphabetical order would be MUCH quicker to reference. A simple fix but (I think) a handy one.
- Power Level Chart: I made one of these using Marvel/DC heroes as guides. You could strip out the named heroes and replace them with their iconic template archetypes (from the core book) to keep a great Power Level Chart, which would help players with build levels.
okay...
might think of more later!
hope that helps

This is a great idea as Green Ronin is having great success with their "Power Suites" books and had a pretty good run on their Adversaries books as well.BASHMAN wrote: Small PDFs and then later a compilation in print.
This gives people the opportunity to buy them and try them at a low price point. Accessibility is key.
Will you be able to keep a running series where you get out a regular product on a release schedule?
