New version (1.1.1) of the template just posted. It will probably complain if you haven't upgraded to 5.0.6 which was released a few days ago.
Not a lot of changes. I added a sample powers container for gadgeteers and the like. A few display tweaks. I also did some work on the print and text output to clean it up some more.

Right click in the window and choose "Select Item". A new window will pop-up with the related choices. If you right click on skills you will get a list of skills and so on.AslanC wrote:Okay I bought a copy and it looks good except I can't figure out how to add powers, skills, weaknesses, etc...
When I open those windows from "DATA" I get blank windows that I can't type in or select from a drop down, etc...
HELP!?!?!??!

Just had a quick question about the BASH template. I'm still getting to grips with the rules as well as metacreator. How do you add Linked powers? I can see the option to add linked enhancement but when displayed on the character sheet, it's not showing as linked to the parent power? Am I doing it right?

When you add the link just enter the power it's linked to in the "Qualifier" text box. It doesn't actually check anything so you can enter any value you want.Renny wrote:Just had a quick question about the BASH template. I'm still getting to grips with the rules as well as metacreator. I'm sorry to be a lazy newcomer...
I don't know if this is the right thread to ask this, as it seems mostly dedicated to the "other" multi-rules character generator, but has anyone created a data file set for making BASH characters in Hero Lab? I use that all the time for my M&M needs, and it'd be really nice not to have to buy a new program.
I took a look at MetaCreator, and it looks nice, but I don't see any games I actually *play* in their official licenses... so I'd rather stick with what I've got if I can. Anyway, just asking... Cheers!
