Basic Action Super Heroes!

The last line of the Daze Power states "For 1 extra point in this power you can repel the target's you daze," but I can't find a definition of what repel does.

It says the same thing in UE too. I believe this was brought up on the old forums, and the answer was basically that they run in fear rather than stand around dazed. Anyone else remember that or have Bashman's wording?

They run in fear on their panel as long as they remain under the effect.
