I was just going over my printer-friendly copy of BASH and noticed there's no cost next to the Immobilization power under Combat Powers.
What should the cost be?
Also, when paying points to increase range, radius, etc, such as for the Immobilization Power, is the cost limited to the powers maximum points (there-by lowering how many points can be devoted to adding to the Brawn check) or can points spent on the range, radius, etc go above the cost listed?
