Basic Action Super Heroes!

Hey Kids!

Want to get some super keen superhero art, or some science fiction character shots for a low, low price?!

For a very short time, we're talking for the next 14 days, I'm going to be hammering out artwork every single day for any modern/sci-fi/supers/horror/fantasy game system if you're willing to buy it!

Who am I?

Why, I'm Dan Houser, Line Artist for ICONS, cover artist for Vengeance is Night, artist for hire, and found out that my wife requires an operation that costs quite a bit of money. Money that I had saved up for GenCon this year is now being used for this operation.

Her neurological condition has kept her and I out of work for a couple months now.

So, I need commissions.

And here's the deal:

10 bucks buys you a single character pic for your character sheets at home. You can buy as many as you want, of course, but it's first come first served.

The style of the pics can be however you like it. If you want it in an ICONS style I can do that, if you want it in a classic rendered style, I can do that too.

If you require re-doing, touch ups, or tweaks, I can do that, but you get put at the back of the line. I'll be working fast and furious, so I will be rocking out pieces as fast as possible as soon as they're done.

So, BASH, ICONS, *, if you were looking to get some cheap artwork for any kind of book, and didn't want to pay high rates for them...I'm your guy...for the next two weeks.

Oh! And for everyone who orders, I'll send your sketch to you as well as part of the bargain in August, once I return to work.

Hey, that's an idea!

I was holding my order, racking my brains to decide which of the many characters occupying my mental file drawer to honor with an illustration, but I could just send in money to reserve some spots, then ponder in ease.

Funny, I did the same. I bought 5, but only sent two descriptions so far. Hopefully Dan doesn't mind the extra admin of character requests coming in separate from the cash...

I know my fire sale prices are amazing, so low as to be insane, but James Dawsey (Shadowchaser) made a suggestion to me:

The price for a Dawsey/Houser Masterwork? Just 20 bucks.

It's 10 for me to do it alone, but get this: 8 of the 20 slots James has time for are filled up already, by a donor that is out of this world!

That leaves merely 12 slots open for a Dawsey / Houser pic! At that price, you'd be nuts NOT to get one!

Also, let me immediately say thank you again to everyone who has participated thus far, on behalf of my family and myself, you guys make me proud to be a gamer, and have such a tightly knit group of folks out there willing to take part in something like this.
