Thanks. Juan Paolo is turning out to be someone I'm turning to a little more for art. He does really good work.
Joe sent me 2 more sketches today. The first is for a public domain villain called Rubberman:
The second one is a super powered serial killer called The Glitch. His name comes from him being able to cause glitches on any type of recording him on film/video. I got the idea from one of the stories in the horror film anthology V/H/S:
One more sketch from Joe. This is Blitz, who I call Cryo-Magnon. He was a caveman trapped in ice who was freed during WW2, and became a servant of the Germans. When he was freed, his strength was increased, and he could freeze things by touch
Anthony sent me 4 pieces last night. 3 public domain characters, and 1 original. First up, The Black Terror, Golden Age hero:
His sidekick Tim, aka Kid Terror:
The villainous Queen of Evil:
The first member of a group of original Golden Age Villains. Inspired by Sentai Teams, this is a group of Hispanic, Zoot Suit wearing villains. Here is..... Mascara Pachuco!

I got the idea for the look while I was doing research on Zoot Suits and the Pachuco gangs of the 40's. There was some group in England that dressed in the style of the early 1900's (ie Edwardian, according to what I read), and that inspired me to change his look more like that. Came out great

I'm actually surprised it hasn't been used before. Funny enough, I came up with the name for a speedster character a long time ago after seeing a wrestler who called himself "Justin Credible". Seemed a natural fit to call someone "Justin Time".
