Curio barley managed to dive behind the nearby display as the bullet whistled passed shattering a nearby vase. Keeping the display between himself and women “I really don’t want to hurt you madam, but I cannot let this continue. Piertotum Locomotor”.

Suddenly a rope unravels itself from around one of the displays and launchs itself at the women.

This is a move that restricts the target's movement, preventing them from moving or attacking until they break free. To break free, the target must succeed in a Brawn test against the difficulty

Which means... I lost?! I can't beat a 20 with a brawn of 1.If I 'cannot' attack that apply on mental powers too? Does Telekinesis could work on that rope?

Telekinesis is a type of force so I don't see why not.

You could also push yourself add to the dice result of the dodge which would be 60 hits ouch.

Also do we have any hero dice?

(In my opinion, any mental power should be functionnal. But I also want to test and understand all the rules.
We probably got an hero dice, but that would be a waste to use it on that first attack.Attack that you could do again so easily.I also 'd like to know the lifespan of an animated object.If Curio is hurt will it break the enchantment? Anyway, feel free to roleplay before the second round)

I would say it lasts for the scene. I would think if he was hurt then no as I have now concentration limitation. But Unconscious maybe.

Also do you work for a living or are you a student or something cause if not how the * to you post so much?

I think you do have the concentration limit , its built into it read summoning , but concentration just applies to starting it , also it lasts the scene
how i would like to tell you to deal with this is to say shes being held tightly by snake what could she do , a fire attack could burn it , and her a bit maybe , tk would unwrap it perfectly , an escape artist role might even get her out of it , in short almost anything except letting a 2 pt power (immobilize) auto win , but you probably should wait and see what Bash-man says.

If this is ok I am using the display as cover so are you making a called shot or smashing through the display (say 20 hits, 5 soak)?

Just make sure they didn't get a nice internet usage monitor to go with it.
