[Okay, so reading the rules, Javier is essentially a drooling idiot unable to do anything at all unless I can roll four sixes in a row or somebody walks by and smacks him on the head. Great.

Y'know what? Fine. I'm not going to use up a Hero Die just to fix that, considering that, from the looks of it, I'll most likely need it later to keep Javier from becoming a stain on the wall.

Chris, if you're keeping an eye on the game, I gotta tell you seriously, you need to reword the ability scales for the stats in the book. Stating that a Mind of 1 is equivalent to a normal person is not accurate, unless you're making the comment that the general populace is composed of morons. :P]

Javier crouches in pain, his brain rattled from Tony's thunderous handclap. Small trickles of blood run down his ears and nose.

Saker, I just read through the Restrain Them rules under Wrestling. You have to decide what type of action you are restraining them from (ie moving, attacking, speaking, etc). It shouldn't come into play until Ten Chin's turn, but let me know exactly what Fenris is keeping him from doing.

Fyi, hitting someone when they're held doesn't break the hold as far as I can tell.

I don't interpret in the rules that I have to specify either Move or Attack actions to Restrain, other than I can choose to prevent him from speaking. If I have to choose, then I don't see the point of trying to pin him.

I'll just apply the crappy roll to Joint Lock, ie. Damage ignoring Armor.

He sinks back into the shadows and emerges inside the warehouse again, staring at the biggest piece of pork he'd ever seen, "Woo! That's a face only a mother could love"

Jason approaches the beastly looking man, hoping the shadow form will keep from being smacked by one of those porcine fist.

Nycto stands, for a few seconds, without knowing what to do: investigate the sounds coming from the warehouse or stand there and prevent the thugs from leaving.

He focus in the face of the Banshee, and two of the mythic creatures, made of shadow, emerge from the ground slowly spreading his wings, opening his mouth and emiting a small scream.

So is Nycto spending his entire panel summoning the Banshees? Or can he move too? If he does, what does he command the Banshees to do? Oh and can you send me the stats for them please?

Nycto could move (at half move rate) but as a concentration power he can't do anything more. He's standing in front of the thugs, making them stop (or at least consider not escaping through Nycto (frightening presence last turn).
The bashees are summoned on the end of the pannel (as is a concentration) after the thugs action.
