Oops, yeah I had it in my notes as Armor 2, I just didn't double check for my explanation. There is also the limitation of, no matter how low point value that first power I take is, I'm reduced to only taking up to 4 points by the second one.

Crap. Just discovered something while reviewing the rules on Force Wall. It's a Concentration power which means that it's a full action and occurs at the end of a page. :P

So Javier can't throw out his power quite so easily. So much for concept. Sigh.

He'll still try to fence the monster in, although it will get another action before it occurs.

Dustland, I've just seen the points of Javier's firewall, and suffice to say It's out of my "price" range as it were, even if I had my full pool of points. The description of Copy Cat seems to imply that I could get a weakened version of this power, is that how you rule it?

Even at Nestor's revelation of concentration, he used it once before at the beginning of combat, so I'll still take it, if you rule I can get the weakened version.

I know the news, and media are responsible for this more often than the team, but has anybody thought of a good name to call our team?

A little cliché no?

Maybe change it to McAwesome Trousers to show more finesse.

We're a team? :?

Seriously, I'm not sure if we've achieved enough cohesion to be perceived as a group, so it's hard to think of a name that identifies us.

Right now, the only thing that comes to mind is "The Usual Suspects." ;)

Most teams when they started weren't that cohesive. Even after several episodes they had to put their differences... yada yada ... big heroes, big egos ;)

Usually team names are significant to the story that takes awhile to tell. With what I know now, I would suggest the "Chimerans."

Boost: I'm confused by your math. It could be that I'm not following the points...
I have copy cat 10, I take armor 3 from you (I could not at the same time take Super Jump, it would require an additional action), So now I have Armor 3, Copy Cat 8.
To copy armor 3 would cost you 6 points, leaving you with 4 "copycat points". My apologies in advance if I missed something.
Even at Nestor's revelation of concentration, he used it once before at the beginning of combat, so I'll still take it, if you rule I can get the weakened version.
I don't have a problem with taking a weakened version, but only if it's due to you not having enough Copy Cat points left to purchase the full amount.

Saker:
If we can modify/discuss, I would prefer a Dice Modifier of +2/3 or so instead of a +5 result bonus for skill specialization. Rerolls are to protect against a crapy roll. By giving a DM, you can bump up the bottom threshold and scale with the rolls Die Multiplier.
I'm fine with a +2 DM if you really feel shorted by the change. Anyone else care? If not, +2 DM for Skill Specialties.
Also your Minion rules significantly reduces the superiority of Heroes over Minions. Just saying...
My only intention is to minimize the number of rolls so my eyes don't start to bleed and the action doesn't stagnate while we wait for multiple posts to resolve a single page of combat. I won't budge on this one.

You don't reduce a Copy Cat pool by twice what you take, everytime you take a power you reduce the pool by 2, and then can take another power up to what you can afford with what's left. So if I took a 5 point power, or a 1 point power, both would reduce the pool from 10 to 8.

No, that's not how it works according to the Copycat power p55.

The second sentence states "Every 2 levels in this power is 1 point worth of powers you can copy from an individual you observe using them."

Then in the examples:
A person with Copycat 6 can copy Superspeed 3.
A person with Copycat 6 can copy Special Attack 2 and Armor 1.
