How does magic work in BASH!? I have a Sci-fi setting that is kind of a mix between Star Wars, Avatar: The Last Air Bender and The Wheel of Time. The setting has magic and I am not sure the psionic power rules cover it.

Magic in the existing BASH! Fantasy edition works similar to the super powers in the original edition of BASH! There is an Energy Cost to use powers equal to level, and most are taken with either a "Casting" limitation, or a Gadget limitation (magic wand, etc).

There are several "Colleges of Magic" each is a sample elemental spell list of already made spells. So for instance there is a fire spell called "Wrath of Flame" that is a variant of Special Attack, etc.

You have BASH! UE- so you could use that as a model for the powers you want to make.
