Basic Action Super Heroes!

I have been thinking about a way for casters to spend health or maybe use a condition status of some sort when they are out of EC to fuel their spells. This might be something other hero types might want to use as well.

You could just extend the "Pushing Yourself' rules (from UE) to let you spend 10 Hits or 1 Hero Point in lieu of 1 Energy.

I was thinking 1-for-1 Hits but this will work.
