Pulp has anyone tried doing this with BASH?

I have been thinking of running a pulp game in the near future and I just wanted to know if anyone else has ever tried to do the same.

Yeah, I co-Narrated an adventure at a convention once, and I made all the pre-gen PCs. The adventure was called "Doctor O'Day and the Mystery on Dinosaur Island". Highlights included the PCs and * exchanging fire across a jungle clearing- and then a T-Rex and King-Kong-esque ape start fighting each other, rampaging into the middle of the crossfire.

The characters included:
A Renaissance Man (of bronze)
A Twin Pistolier (with a phantom-like costume)
A pugilist
A monster hunter
A masked detective (with knock-out-gas gun)
A jetpack jock (she was a combo of the Rocketeer and Amelia Earhart)
An adventurous explorer (equipped with fedora, bullwhip, archeological genius, and rugged good looks)

Oh I forgot there was also a Psychic Avenger wearing a giant fedora, red scarf, who liked to cackle from the shadows when he ran across evil...

Can you post the pregens?

Were there any changes you had to make to the rules when you ran it?

Not changes, but I used options like fixed soak instead of rolling for it, to make the game more "gritty".

Well most of them are taken right out of the BASH! UE "Mystery Men" archetypes.

I cannot post the character sheets because some of them used pictures of actual movie characters, etc.

Okay. I wanted to try out BASH with a new gaming group but my players don't really want to do superheroes. They did say that they would do pulp.
