The Dusk Patrol
The Dusk Patrol is a team of 20pt heroes of WWII. They vary greatly in combat effectiveness and depending on the characters chosen for a mission can be used for anything from straight combat to spying.

Mental Malfunction: Nobless Oblige, he feels he must aid mortals and defend the British Isles.
Cethe is the son of Cainte, the Tuatha De Danaan god of speech. He was born in the British Isles and considers himself their defender. While the other Tuatha De Danaan have withdrawn from mortal affairs he has been an active. While he is immortal, he has aged and now has the appearance of an old man. To keep his immortality a secret he adopts a new identity every few decades. His current identity is Alfred Campion, a British officer from WWI, with the secret identity of Pro Patria Mori (Latin for "to die for one's country").
Cethe sees himself primarily as a defender of the British Isles, but has extended that to anywhere the British crown has claimed. He will venture to the various colonies, the U.S., Canada, Australia, India, as well as northern France. While he is not prevented from going elsewhere, he will be reluctant to do so.
Cethe has an expert knowledge of history, since he lived it, but never manages to keep up with modern times. He is still extremely impressed with the telegraph, trains, and other 19th century inventions and will typical call things by archaic terms such as horseless carriage.
Cethe's powers come from his ability to command others and his knowledge of tactics. He rarely attacks, instead aiding his allies and giving them an extra action. He is the commanding officer of the Dusk Patrol.
Pro Patria Mori's costume resembles the Blues and Royals horse guards. Dark blue coat, thigh high black leather boots, white gloves, white pants, breastplate and helm.

Zbigniew Radecki always liked taking things apart and seeing how they worked. When he joined the army and was assigned as a radio operator he promptly took it apart and put it back together better than before. Further tinkering turned his radio in a force field generator, electric blaster, and even enabled him to teleport objects through the radio wires. He was assigned to the Dusk Patrol as their radio operator.
Zbigniew's family immigrated to Chicago from Poland when he was 9. He remains proud of his homeland and hates the Germans for invading it.

Lionel Falcone just likes to go fast. His super speed and agility made him a top race car driver and racing pilot before the war. As a second generation American who grew up in NY, he volunteered for the Army Air Force as a pilot. His amazing reflexes and piloting experience made him an ideal candidate for testing an experimental wing device for human flight. Although he was able to use it successfully, people with normal reflexes were unable to control it.
Lionel was moved from testing to combat as part of the Dusk Patrol with the code name Lightning Flash. He has gotten good at repairing the wings when they are damaged, but is only really interested in flying and shooting *'s.

Lester "Wireless" Warnsley is a British soldier with psychic powers. He has learned to use his power read minds, move objects or himself, and other tricks. However, he cannot completely shut out the thoughts of others and being in crowds distracts him with the "noise". He is a trained intelligence operative with a vast knowledge of top secret information. Although not a leader, he is usually the one who knows the details of the Dusk Patrol missions.
Wireless is quiet and seemingly shy most of the time. He simply reads minds to learn what he wants and has little need to talk. He has no qualms about prying into others secrets, it is all for the Allied war effort. While not violent or brutal, Wireless is particularly ruthless - he knows how evil men can be and the dangers of failing the mission.
Wireless is less combat oriented than others in the Dusk Patrol. He shines outside combat where his powers let him access places and information not normally accessible. In combat he usually activates his danger sense and uses his rifle to aid his comrades.

Kyle Cook is an Australian hunter from the bush. He has adopted some of the rituals of the aborigines, turned to his own purposes, and adopted the crocodile as a totem. With superhuman strength and speed he became a fearsome hunter. He was recruited by the British to be part of the Dusk Patrol when the war started.
Kanhe Crocodile looks like a humanoid crocodile in superhero form, complete with scaly hide. While he carries a flamethrower, he really likes to wrestle with his foes. Although he has the strength and speed of a crocodile, he also suffers its susceptibility to cold.
Given his crocodile hide and flamethrower, he was given the code name Crocodile after the flamethrower tank. He added Kanhe from the aboriginal name of the freshwater crocodiles.
