Character Sheet Format/Layout

So where is everyone getting the character sheets and artwork for all these awesome characters? I'd love to post some of mine, but don't want to format it in some lame layout!

I do it in Comic Life. Not everyone has it, but you can use word or photoshop, or even Paint to do it overtop of this picture:
The place where people make the illustrations is a paperdoll program called "

Fábrica de Heróis blog and look for the link that says "animated" I think. It is down as I post it.
