MrJupiter's creations

Post edited. Revised character sheet posted. As well I'd like to add that all characters presented here in this topic thread, "MrJupiter's creations", are the Intellectual Property of Ben Norman (not that this really needs to be stated).
Here is the hero that is my username's inspiration: Mr. Jupiter. He has evolved greatly in the years since Villains & Vigilantes. Originally, he was my Giant-Man; inspired by the largest planet in our solar system. Since then he has gotten closer to the name's Greek roots. Voila...

By the end of next weekend I will try to have Sunlance done as well. Then on to Captain Edison, Bot-Boy, and a couple of villains...

I really like the idea of this character, but there are a couple errors:
1. You cannot get more than a -1 pt discount from Limitations- even if you have more than one Limit on a single power. I suppose you can use an extra Limitation to cancel the cost of an Enhancement, but that'd be a house rule, not an official ruling. So I'd make his Teleporting cost 2pts (though it technically should be 3).
2. Your Thunderous Roar has no range or area- so it would have a range of "touch". Is that what you want?
But I do love the character concept! Those thunderbolts would be seriously scary when this guy is size 4!

Thank-you for those fine points. I will not be able to effect those changes tonight (other plans) but I will edit that post by Friday.
1/ Teleportation will lose the Activation limitation; the other two will remain and point cost will go up to 3 (those two limitations really suit my vision).
2/ I'll give Thunderous Roar a Medium Line range to bring the Confusion 2 into the same point cost as the rest of the powers in that multipower.
3/ I like the name "Thunderbolts" for the Special Attack power. Do you mind if I use it instead of Lightning Javelin?
4/ I forgot how Growth power affects Brawn based attacks so I will drop the level of the Special Attack power down to 2 (and save a point in character cost in the process).
P.S. Thanks, guys, for all the encouragement.

Thanks BASHMAN. By the way did I cost the "God-like Voice Multi-power" correctly at 6pts?

Had some fun yesterday when a friend came over in the evening. We just talked about gaming and made BASH characters. It was just like the days back in gradeschool!
Anyways, finally got Sunlance finished, so without further dilay...

Sunlance reminds me of the 1980s "
Captain Marvel" in powers.

Yes, she was exactly my inspiration for this character. I originally made this guy up for V&V, but I like how much better he has turned out in BASH.

[Note: This post is updated with a corrected character sheet with the added Tough-Style for his martial arts. Also the character's title is better.]
Just finished off the second character from yesterday's BASH social...
I've been using Excel lately to lay out the sheet, but I'm finding Word Art to be a little restrictive for making the titles work the way I'd like them to. This payday, I should be able to purchase the ComicLife program. I love how well everyone's sheets are turning out with that software.

I *LOVE* Rock Solid! An Invincible Guy- who doesn't really have super strength (except when he needs to)- that is very cool.
Btw- for 2pts you are allowed 3 martial arts, if you wanted to take the last one. Even though he doesn't gain the benefits of it (they won't stack with his Boost) Tough style totally makes sense for him, since he was a pro boxer.

Thanks, Bashman, for noticing my ommision on the Martial Arts Mastery. I missed that. I think I'll leave it (at least for now) as it would take me about an hour to go through all the hastle of editing, screen shots, editing in Paint, saving as jpeg, uploading to Flickr, copying url and editing the post! I'm getting tired just thinking about it...
...Can't wait to get to the simplicity and quality of ComicLife!!!
Thanks again, though. I appreciate it.
