Three new Rogues: Silent Shriek, Miss Perfect, Mallea and one Arch-Enemy: Maligne. They all reflect some aspect of Shadow Iron's powers and personality.

Harry was the most brilliant scientist at Blackstone Incorporated. But no the owner Edward Blackstone said that the sonic disruptor was too risky and just too expensive to be marketable. Even though he kept letting his spoiled daughter Amber, who everyone thinks is some kind of genius, waste more and more resources on her gravitic experiments with nothing to show for them. Well he'd just sneak in to the lab after work and show them what the disruptor could really do with all of those unnecessary safeties removed. Everything was going well to, until Mr. Blackstone's daughter panicked hearing all of the alarms going off and tried to shut the experiment down.

Harry woke up in the hospital being told that he was lucky to be alive. Told being used loosely since he now couldn't hear a thing. After a week of dead silence, Harry was watching two people yelling at each other on the street outside and noticed that they suddenly couldn't hear each other screaming, but he could now hear again. The genius that he was, it didn't take Harry long to figure out how to use his new mastery of sound he had gained from the explosion in the lab and the Silent Shriek was born. It was now time for payback on Mr. Blackstone and his daughter, but after that super heroine Shadow Iron got in his way three different times, he knew he'd have to deal with her first.

The Silent Shriek uses his enhanced hearing to pick up the slightest sound, while employing his mastery of sound both to hide his movements from enemies and to disrupt their communications, which he then uses to launch surprise attacks. His command of sonic attacks is versatile enough that he often modifies his attack to hit as many enemies as possible (variable advantage). Against multiple opponents, the Silent Shriek will use his force fields to either protect himself or to encase one of his more dangerous adversaries effectively taking them out of the fight.

Having heard Blue Brawler complaining about Shadow Iron a few times, it was easy to get him to agree to a team up (and the money from his bank heist capers was nice too). Somehow Miss Perfect found them and now they had a trio of rogues to take Shadow Iron down. As for Mallea, no one really trusts her and Mallea seems to have her own agenda, but hey the enemy of my enemy isn't for now.

The Game Master being bored, decided it would be great fun to give fantastic powers to the popular teenaged actress Heather Indiana. Heather, realizing that she was one of the strongest, smartest, and most agile supers on the entire planet became Miss Perfect. Why did she now have to wait in line? Why even pay for anything if she could just throw the security guard through the window without any effort? And with a little practice, Miss Perfect could order executives to give her any part she wanted. It didn't take long for the detective agency Instant Karma to track Miss Perfect down, and then that Shadow Iron confronted her and ruined everything. Now, even though Miss perfect still has legions of fans, all of her money has been seized and she has to stay on the run to avoid prison. And as Miss Perfect complains, it's not like she uses her powers to kill people, or toss skyscrapers around.

Mallea was a shy girl that no one noticed. And then her mother needed money to pay back loan sharks and sold her to a mad scientist to be used as a guinea pig. Mallea survived the experiment of being lowered into an electrified solution of Absorbative Mutagenic Chemical W, and the mad scientist didn't survive Mallea's hand sticking through his chest afterwards.

In the last few years, Mallea has become a very sought after mercenary in the super world with all of her infiltration and combat powers, and steely professionalism. However, Mallea can overestimate her powers due to their great versatility.

Mallea hunts Shadow Iron for two reasons. One she could use Shadow Iron's power armor if she has been killed, and two, she could make a fortune selling the technology behind the suit.

Description: Mallea is now amorphous. Different shades of black and occasionally brighter colors will fade in and out on her surface, which resemble different shapes observers often can't agree on. Now that Mallea can change her shape into anything she wants, Mallea almost always appears as a very attractive young woman, often resembling a famous celebrity, something that Miss Perfect is not very fond of. Mallea's original unasuming form is one she will never let anyone else see.

Raised in isolation by the Order of the Black Rose, Maligne showed great promise as an artificer. However, Maligne grew tired of their hidebound loathing of technology and left in disgust. Maligne's plans are to build up her base and powers and usually involves stealing some rare components she needs for a new spell or item.

Maligne is a master artificer, creating items of magical power to assist her, and is fond of summoning creatures to fight her enemies for her. Maligne always has at least one golem with her (sidekick). She also has a level of omnipotence allowing her to cast any low level spell she needs (such as immunity to a hero's favorite method of attack) in the middle of combat or enhancing one of the powers she already has.

Is Mallea made of metal? Just curious.

I like Miss Perfect, sounds like a royal pain.

I've been adding some text to the posts with the character sheets.

Mallea is amorphous, but I wasn't thinking metallic. And yes, you summed up Miss Perfect pretty well (especially with a 4 mind and mind controll).

Master Wu can't remember when he didn't want more power and the ability to crush all those who oppose him. He is considered one of the preeminent martial artists on the globe, but that just isn't good enough. He holds deadly tournaments, kidnaps loved ones, steals ancient artifacts and in general is a thorn in the side of heroes everywhere. Master Wu and Master Hiroshi were going to fight eventually, however this became more personal when Master Hiroshi taunted the younger Master Wu for looking much older.

I updated a few minor changes to Master Wu and added Anathema (replacing Maligne),

Anathema always resented being second best to Coven in the Order of the Black Rose. After Coven betrayed the order and left, Anathema eagerly accepted the role of hunting her down. Uncertain of how to deal with this new modern worlds, Anathema quickly found herself a capable ally. With Anathema's magical support, her new familiar Vinny is quickly taking more and more control of the criminal underworld.

Vinny looks great and I like the name replacement (but I hope you'll use the name Maligne somewhere else - 'cause it sounds fantastic)!

Thanks. I'm very glad at how Vinny turned out. Maligne as a name just never felt right for this character, so I had to rework it.

Thank you. Anathema was tricky, keeping her distinct from other super mages.

The next two: System Crash and Superior are two new arch-enemies for Shadow Iron. The two work as super mercenaries but have had enough missions foiled by Shadow Iron, that it is now personal. At the same time, the two have an intense rivalry with each other for who is the better man. Both believe they are better than everyone else, System Crash by combining the best of both man and machine, and Superior for just being extremely powerful and skilled without having to give anything up for it.

Superior and System Crash are also part of the Global Guardians' Rogue's Gallery, but I am posting them here since this page is shorter.

Jonathon Noble was born into a well to do family, never wanting for anything. However, at the age of 8, he was banned from little league for being "too good" to play with the other kids. As he grew up, Jonathon kept seeing people far less talented than him succeed, where he wasn't even allowed to compete. Superior is now a mercenary for hire. He doesn't need the money, but being able to prove himself better than the best of the best, that's all he truly desires.

Superior has a defense of X8, which makes his arrogant smirk in combat all the more annoying. He especially enjoys knocking an opponent very far way, only to teleport in front of them and hit them again. Unfortunately for Superior, Delusion has developed a crush on him, and Persuasion occasionally "convinces" Superior that Delusion would make a wonderful girlfriend.

Injured in a freak accident, Jason Doyle's father brought home his now crippled son and rebuilt him even better than before. Now System Crash works as one of the best super mercanaries in the world. Repairs and upgrades don't come cheap after all.

System Crash's powers include 5 separate boosts with the tiring limitation, and he normally rotates 2 boosts at a time.
