Here is my first attempt, he is simple. I am just trying to get the hang of the rules.

Yeah thanks for the advice, it may have been fatigue. My imagination began to dwindle in the end phases.

Nice! I like the inherent plot ideas in his background and the sense of honor that might put him in conflict with his sense of duty.

Next is Twitch not sure about the name and still gotta make a image. I did a cascading-gradual effect which I was going to write up in the player dev super section. Here is a sample (all powers that cascade get the gradual limitation. the first power only gets the gradual while the others get an additional -1 limitation. The gradual power only turns on after the power before it in the line up maxxes out. At that time the power gradually activates till maxxing and triggering any power in the line up after it.)

Interesting idea, Deacon. Are you going to be playing this character (as PC or NPC) in a game? I'd love to hear how the cascading-gradual limitation works out in a game.

Next street level guy was too massive for the character sheet. This is something I would play the other 2 probally npc's.

I don't think you can take a point off for always on
density increase is a variant form of growth as is size which costs the same as growth ie being stuck bigger doesn't make a power cheaper

I definately like "Sumo" reminds me a bit of "The Blob" from X-Men... but not *. Also liked that he's actually agile for his size.

Mighty Joe Yeng! Sorry, just playing with the name. Sumo is a very neat concept for a character. With so much story potential, I can see why you'd use him as a PC.

Always On: This Limitation only can apply to powers with the “Sustained” property. This power cannot be turned off! This Limitation only counts if being unable to turn off the power would truly burden the character.

It is sustained and weighing 2 tons and trying to go many places while causing craters. Can't use many vehicles. I do 20 pts of collateral damage to any surface I walk across "always".

Note: Size: Some creatures or machines are naturally large and do not actually “grow”. Instead they have “size”. Size is essentially levels of growing that are always turned on. So if a creature were listed as being Size 3, it is 50’ tall, weighs 10 tons, etc. Size costs the same as levels of growing.

not sure but size seems to be a optional ruleing like density increase as well. it's not size because size doesnt cost an additional point.

I would like to see bashman's take on it.

I can definitely see where weighing that much all the time would be very inconvenient.

Mister Foo is interesting, I like his mental malfunction and the quote by his disadvantages. :)

I think you are spending too much on his linked attack. The Linked enhancement does cost 2 pts, but otherwise it works like the Multipower enhancement in that you only pay for the most expensive power. So the total cost for Special Attack 3 linked to Weaken 3 is 5 pts, not 8. This causes some confusion, so if you want to double check the way it works do a search on "linked" in the Rules forum. There is a thread from maybe a month ago where Bashman clarified it.
