Ok, this is a test run on an NPC sheet and my first go at creating a character, someone look it over and tell me if the points are correct and if I detailed out the powers & stuff correctly (format wise).

In other words is it usable by somebody during a game, understandable, etc.

Thanks for the input.

Very nice sheet, but for hosting pdfs, I recommend using scribd.com, since you can just click on the link and go straight to the document.

Changed the link for Scrib. I also edited her as well before posting it.

You've got to set the document to be "public" if you want people to see it. Right now you have it set to "private" mode ;-)

Nice character, FC!

Format looks great, and the character is well done for 20 pts. Point wise, she seems mostly correct except for 2 things:

Your summary says she has 10 pts of powers, but I only see 8 on the sheet. However, that ties in to the second thing: I think your multipower isn't quite right and probably is intended to be 5 pts instead of 3 pts (which might be why the final total is off by 2).
Offensive Super Multi-power[ 3pts]
* Electrical Blast 2 (Special Attack, mid range, x4 Dmg)
* Electro Spike 2 (Special Attack, small burst, x2 Hit, x2 Dmg)
The first power, Electrical Blast, is Special Attack 2 with mid range so it would be 4 pts. Since you note it should have x4 damage, it looks like it should then have a x3 attack roll (your agility) and Mind + 2 = x4 damage.

Because it is in a multipower, the second power, Electro Spike, can have up to 4 pts too, or less if the concept suggests it should be less. Bursts don't need attack rolls (the target rolls to dodge instead, see the Burst description for details). You didn't mention a range on it, so if it is a point blank small burst, that uses 1 of your 4 available points. Since you don't need to raise your attack multiplier, that leaves +3 that can go to damage. So you could do Mind + 3 = x5 damage in a point blank small burst (though you can also limit it if that seems too high for your game). If you can do the burst at range, then you'd need to lower the damage to pay for the range instead.

Thanks for the info on the multi-power, like I said earlier, I am confused by them but I think I understand it now, so I'm going to kill the old pdf and upload a corrected copy, thanks.

decided to change her weakness to a more BASH effective style.

The multipower looks correct. You lowered your Agility from 3 to 2, though, and didn't update the point breakdown at the bottom of the page. If it was a deliberate change instead of a typo, then you may have 2 more points to spend.

I just noticed the listed weakness. It kind of sounds more like a limitation on your attack powers than a weakness, but as long as your narrator agrees with it (or you are the narrator), it could work.

thanks for the heads up, it was suppose to be 3, its a typo. I fixed it and am changing the link.

Captain Avenger looks like fun! I did notice a few point issues, though, although they might be house rules or something. You only charged 1 per stat point instead of 2. With his Martial Arts Mastery, for 2 points you can learn 3 styles and you only listed 2 (that might be a valid concept decision, of course; you don't have to take 3 if you don't want them). And I don't think the Suit limitation is by-the-book. Gadgets in Bash are a little more limited, something that can be taken away from you in combat, but you could be house ruling that.

Well he was a quick conversion, I will fix and repost him. The suit and gadget limitation was the only way I could figure the conversion from BoH. I will see what I can do though to correct.
