Help me stat out the MCU Avengers

Spoilers for Age of Ultron follows, I suppose...

So I'm thinking of running a con game with the movie version of the Avengers, specifically the team we see formed at the very end of the movie. Obviously, stats for the MCU version will be similar to the standard comic book versions, but there's also going to be some differences as well: some of it is stuff that hasn't necessarily shown up in the movies, but there's also some powers and abilities changed a bit, as well.

Here's a *very* rough draft of my version for the characters - comments, suggestions, and corrections welcome:

The energy cost limitation on War Machine's repulsor beams and the Burn-Out limitation on Vision's Energy Blast both serve the same function: to help explain why the characters aren't always using these attacks, and instead often rely on other, less powerful attacks instead.

My gut is telling me that some of the power levels are wrong, but I'm not exactly certain which way they need to be re-written.

Before you stat up an archer, you might want to check out the most recent Awesome Powers update... "Trick Ammunition"

Concerning Black Widow, weapon technique and special attack don't stack.

A few more thoughts/concerns:

Most of the skills of the various characters are at the default level, but I'm thinking perhaps some should be higher (Black Widow's Deception/Manipulation springs to mind, and perhaps her Athletics/Acrobatics as well)... but it's hard for me to really judge such things.

War Machine's Repulsor Beam is on the high end of the damage scale compared to the other characters, but if he faces someone in a similar suit of armor, the Soak values compared to the damage values could make for a verrry long fight.

I really want to stick with what we've seen so far in the movies to model the abilities for the various characters, but geez, Falcon is really on the low end of the character point totem pole, compared to the others.
