John Bull and Albion V2
I tinkered with these, but here are the new versions of Albion and John Bull. Albion is now a teenager with the ability to transform into a true icon, while John Bull, as i originally imagined him, is from 1941, frozen in time. The new and completed images will follow in time.

Here is my latest incarnation of Albion. Its all a little rough around the edges at the moment:

Albion
Alex Bane lead an accomplished military career, mastering several forms of unarmed and armed combat, trained to the peak of human perfection, and with considerable mental acuity. He spent several years working for MI7, honing his espionage skills, and served his country on several vital, but highly secret operations. Unfortunately for Alex Bane, they were also highly dangerous. And fatal. With Alex Banes death, the government was lacking perhaps one of the most successful operatives Britain had ever had. And this was unacceptable for the government. So Project Albion began, a highly secret cloning program, which would recreate the fallen hero. The first attempts were far from perfect, but eventually the Project Albion scientists perfected their clone technology.
The current Alex Bane, unbeknown to virtually everyone, is in fact no more than 3 years old, although he possesses the skills and experience of 20 years of service. Albion, "The Spy who Cannot Die", is in a sense, immortal. If he is ever killed in action, another will take his place after a few months, obviously suffering from amnesia...
Stats: Brawn: 2, Agility 2, Mind 3 (14 pts)

Heres another

Red Dragon
The Welsh superhero known as Red Dragon, is not infact a Dragon at all, but a Drakarian, an ancient reptilian space race that has visited earth in the past, spreading the dragon myths on our planet. When a Drakarian exploration vessel was struck by a comet, destroying most of the crew. Fortunately one Drakarian and his child managed to activate an escape pod one pod, which plummeted to earth, crashing in the Snowdonia national park. As the Drakarian child lie unconscious in its ruined pod, its father unfortunately killed in the crash, Unit 13 agents arrived, taking his body back to their Cardiff facility. Raised in secret, Red, as he began to be known, grew up, and developed a healthy appetite for rugby. When HOOD agents attacked the facility, several years later, he emerged into a new world, to the fear of the Cardiff residents. Rather than broadcast the fact that aliens were being contained beneath Cardiff, Unit 13 devised a new strategy - Red became Red Dragon, the welsh superhero! Free to be out of his cage, Red has found some amount of some respect from welsh citizens, although a lot of fearful of him still
As a Drakarian, Red finds the colder, damper climate of Wales perfect, because of the constant heat generated within his body. He has learnt to channel this into devasting blasts of flame. For some reason his time on earth has accelerated his physical attributes. Unit 13 has, in preparation for a potential invasion of incredibly strong and practically invulnerable aliens, developed technology exploiting Drakarian weaknesses, should such an event occur.
Stats: Brawn 5, Agility 2, Mind 1 (16 pts)
Skills: Athletics (Throwing) x3, Domestic (Cooking) x1
(Red speaks Welsh, English and Drakarian)
Weakness: Damaging Weakness (Cold) (-2 pts)
Mental Malfunction: Red is still a big red fish out of water, so hasnt quite grasped human etiquette yet. He tends to deal with things head on with little subtlety.
Advantages: Dumb Luck, Social Stigma
Disadvantages: Public Id, Freak
Powers: Clinging, Immunity to Fire, Toughened Scales: Armour 3, Super Jump, Reptilian Brain: Mind Shield 1, Fire Breath: Special Attack 5 (to hit x3, dmg x5, Long Line, Energy Cost), Healing 1(18pts)
