I thought I'd port this over from the old forum for ya:
Phantomdoodler wrote:This is a first stab at a british superhero:

Name: Union Jack
Real Name: Jack Drummond

Jack Drummond was an infantry soldier during WW2, when tragically, in 1940, he was caught in an explosion, leaving his body battered and broken. Because of his heroic nature and popularity, the government decided to make Jack a test subject for a new chemical regenerative, codenamed Project Lazarus. Due to his unique DNA, the Lazarus syrum healed Jacks body, but also augmented his body in inexpected ways, granting him considerable strength and resistance. Although the lazareus syrum was a failure in other subjects, Jack become a nation hero, adopting the costumed identity of Union Jack. Since he has not aged a day since taking the Lazarus Syrum, Jack has become an iconic British figure, having fought in all the major conflicts of the past 70 years.

I like him hes a nice no nonsense military icon.
you bought him
Immunity 3 (Aging, Diseases. Toxins)
instead of the immortality power , probity because hes not supposed to be unkillable .
however it seems to be more of a advantage of thing as its noncombat except for the toxins part
how about
advantage immortal (can be killed violently )
Immunity 1 toxins
this arguably saves a point if its a ok way to make him

I've mentioned this before, but I wouldn't even charge for non-aging as a power, since it has no appreciable in-game effect.
The full-on immortality, I understand paying for, but just saying you live a long time? That's just a story and background thing.

I am starting to agree with you BillionSix, unless it provides other benefits, I can't see non-aging costing anything.

That said, if there was an automatic resistance in it for resisting an aging attack of some kind, then I could see it being a benefit to have a cost for.

The only way "not aging" is in and of itself beneficial is if the character is really old, and thus very experienced from this... but that is easily represented by Skillful, and you just say it is because you've lived so long.

i appreciated being ported! That was an earlier draft, even before i had the new edition, but thanks for the comments. The character is going to morph into John Bull, with some tweakings, so i will post when i have more free time
