At the end of our last season on the characters has been removed from play for a little while. The player asked I do a ice controller for them and this is my first attempt.

This lady is working for the Government, she has been asked to observe the Pandora Club and assess its potential threat to England. She observes things with little emotion and most of her actions are measured and considered. Since gaining her ability she has struggled to develop any relationships and even she worries that her heart maybe turning to ice.

Interesting concept and power ideas.

Mind shield would probably fit as well.

The social stigma (female) is kind of odd. I don't know of too many societies where a woman would suffer a -10 penalty to charming men for being a woman.

My power gaming side recommends that
Ice Sculptor; Conjuration 2 (2 pts)
Ice Master; Mastery 2, Narrow Ice (1 pts)
Be placed in a multipower
Ice Command (multipower) 3 points
- Ice Sculptor; Conjuration 2 (2 pts)
- Ice Master; Mastery 3, Narrow Ice (2 pts)
Also I think you've calculated the Forcefield wrong.
Icy Shelter; Force Field 2 (10 soak & 90 hits), Arc, x2 dmg fire and heat (1 pts)
The force field has a number of Hits equal to your Mind x10 + 30 for each point in the power you devote to this purpose. It automatically soaks 10 damage each time it is struck.
Assuming the boost mind is applicable then a level 2 force field (1 in Hit, 1 in arc), with a damaging weakness should soak 10 with 70 Hits. Unless I'm missing something?

Other than that, cool (pun intended ;) )

Cheers for the feedback.

I need to do a few tweaks, I will also adopt the multipower.

This is based on the difficulty she is going to have try to act in such a hugely sexist era. In this era men a really not going to take her seriously, she wouldn't even be allowed in certain places like Gentleman’s Clubs etc.
