A defender of Justice, armed with a mystical shield and dunked in the river styx. Aegis

I've made some changes based on Saker's and BASHMAN'S feedback.
I couldn't quite get him down to 27 points so I've left him with 1 setback point. I added the armour and soak - he can soak 7 dice and keeps some of his immunites which I like. I moved some of his stats into the Mystic helm, reasoning that he gets some magical boost while wearing it, which fits with his concept I think.
He is pretty indestructible, but he needs his magical gear to take on super villains (ordinary crooks better watch out though).

I love shield-bearing heroes. A couple of comments on Aegis:
1. I think "kinetic" is too broad for a resistance. I've seen bullets, explosions, knockback, but kinetic encompasses too many common things. IMHO
2. You might want to make your Shield Throw a Large Arc for 3 points. It starts at your character, uses Brawn, and can represent riccochets. It would be an area effect x4 Damage.
3. I think you want your Shield Bash 3 to be +3 Hit, so you can have x5 Hit and x4 Damage. Your Shield Throw is effectively an area attack, so you probably want a high to Hit attack. Maybe +4 Hit +5 Damage, or Shield Bash 2 variable to give you flexibility for x2 Hit x6 Damage or x4 Hit x4 Damage
