It took place in a dimly lit room in a private club. It was the largest, longest orgy the city had ever seen. One second Seductra wasn’t there, the next she was.
After the orgy had wound down, she flew off to explore the city and gain more conquests. After a few days, she started wondering what to do with her life. So she talked about it with one of her newest lovers, a young web developer named Seth. It was a long conversation with him in her early formative days that convinced her not to take the obvious route of blatant villainy, though she couldn’t see herself being a hero either.
“Look,” he said, “you go around taking whatever you want, that’s fine for a short time, until the heroes show up to stop you. You think you could handle being in prison? It’s not like they’d let you have sex there.”
That made her think. There was lots she could do with her life. She had been born with much of the collective skillset (thought not the personal memories) of “The Pile” as she referred to the orgiastic group that had birthed her. None of them appealed to her, though.
Finally she came up with an idea that surprised everyone. She became a vlogger. One year ago, she greeted the internet with her characteristic “Hello, love slaves!” and things took off from there. At this point, she is mostly only an internet celebrity, but has appeared on a couple of talk shows, and the tabloids are definitely starting to notice her. She has amassed a large pool of lovers, and though she never uses her mind control to force them to do anything illegal, she definitely has a sense of playful cruelty. Fortunately for her, mind control is notoriously difficult to prove.
“So... you say that you were forced to dance around in ladies underwear while she filmed it? And this was after having sex with her?"
It’s assumed that a superhero universe would have means that a newly created being could officially gain an identity, even if it’s not easy. This is a world with clones, aliens, humanoids living under the sea, and other dimensions. I am sure there is a way. Plus it helps that she was “born" in the US. She gained the legal name of “Seductra Succubus."
Her “In a Relationship” advantage is Seth. She spends much of her free time with him, and though she can’t, won’t and would want to even think of being faithful to him, he is her closest friend (with benefits of course) and she values his advice on many subjects, though he has asked that she not show him in her vlogs. He likes to keep a low profile.
Her “Arch-Enemy” disadvantage is something new. A religious themes vigilante has targeted her. He touts himself as a hero, though he is basically just a self-righteous murderer that every sane church has publicly disavowed. He has physically attacked her in public, announcing that she was a “Satanic *” who deserved death at his righteous hands.
She doesn’t know about her Immortality yet. If she is killed she will eventually reform near another site of intense sexual energy.
Her Celebrity advantage is fairly new and still growing. Luckily, her disguise power allows her to sidestep the downside of the advantage fairly easily, but she prefers her own form and is fairly easy to track down.
Her Mental Malfunction usually manifests in the wee hours in the morning, after her latest lover has fallen asleep, when she starts getting lost in thoughts of “Who am I? Why am I here? Why do I look like a frickin’ cartoon?" (Her theory is that some member of The Pile or another had a devil girl fetish, and usually she revels in her outlandish appearance. Just not when she is in those moods.)
If she goes without sex for 24 hours, her Brawn and Agility are reduced to 1, and she loses her powers. Her wings and tail and claws do not actually disappear, but they shrink somewhat and become rather useless ornaments.
Role in a game: She isn’t quite a villain, and isn’t quite a hero. She not nearly selfish as selfish as she pretends, and can easily be drawn into an adventure helping out someone she decides she likes. She likes pushing the limits of society’s rules without blatantly breaking them. She’s not what you’d call moral, but does try to maintain a sort of ethical sense in her dealings with people. She might be used as an NPC that the PCs are never quite sure about.

Super strong, super durable, super hott, and I can totally jump hella high.
Also I have met almost the whole cast of the old sitcom Wings, and I can tell the difference

Here is An Interesting Anecdote:
This one time? I took on a bunch of vampires in an Olive Garden, right? So I threw this giant
barrel at them like the hostess uses as a podium. And it was full of champagne bottles, and oh holy
crap but those corks went all over the place and they totally impaled all of the vampires like stakes
because I Kid You Not corks are apparently made of some kind of wood. Anyway those vampires went
straight to prison... DEAD prison. IN *. Ha!
