Black Arrow's enchanted bow (crafted by Arcana) creates its own magical arrows for any effected called for.

Cool character- but I think he'd be better served with "Versatile" than Appeal for his character concept- and wearing a full face mask w/ Appeal is somewhat odd.

Made some minor changes to Arcana, Black Arrow, and Captain Power; including Power's civilian ID, changing Arcana's normal ID name, rewriting Black Arrow's background story, and changing one of his advantages from appeal to versatile.

Centurion is a member of the Global Guardians' Auxilary (which he finds the term amusing). They are other heroes the Guardians will occasionally ask for additional help but are not official members.

Hmm... Michael, can you make that image a bit bigger? It is too tiny to see.

Dr. Damien Structo, is perhaps the most dangerous villian in the world, his resources and contacts span the globe, and he can strike anywhere with little to no warning. Dr. D-Structo's deathtraps are told of in hushed whispers by the heroes that survive (a surprisingly large number) and his plans are usually designed to exploit the flaws and neutralize the strengths of those he faces.

It is believed Dr. D-Structo's reign of terror began in 1951, but was disregarded as a solitary incident, when he vanished after destroying his third military base. In 1953, he unleashed The KRAKEN! (Yes... all caps) towering over five stories from head to base of tail. The armored monstrosity terrorized the eastern seaboard for 3 months throwing tankers and battleships into cities.

Eventually the combined forces of the United States Navy and Air Force, as well as some of the premier supers of the day finally drove the beast back into the sea where it hasn't been heard of since. This attack was the impetus for the United States creating M.E.R.I.T., The Meta-human Enforcement Response Imperative Taskforce. Since that day Dr. D-Structo has enjoyed matched wits and challenging supers from all over the world. Boredom is an immortal's ultimate foe after all.

Doctor D. Structo... Great arch-nemesis type villain. There's definately not enouph of these types baddies out there (and maybe, for the sake of the world, that's a good thing.)

Thanks. D-Structo was a lot of fun creating. Just tweaked him a bit to give him a slightly higher soak (also organized Arcana's powers a little better, and listed Oblivion's brawn as 6 since he has cosmic might 5).

And now to post 2 of his minion types (at 30 points).

Incidentally, D-Structo's power armor and his minions somewhat resemble Patchwork's. Although, actually it's more of the other way around.

Dr. D-Structo, like all great villains, has an army. His is drawn from the thousands of people who grew up from poverty or worse, that D-Structo saved and elevated to a standard of living that would make most 1st world contries blush with envy. All he has ever asked for was obediance... and well when your starving and your children are dying, thats a small price to pay for a slice of heaven. Even more impressive are the retirement plans. As such, D-Structo has the best trained, best armed minions in the world, bar none.

Dr. D-Structo also has a horrible habit of promoting for competence and not randomly killing his own people. So rarely do D-Structo's minions die, that several of them have achieved true villian status, and there really is a beach with beautiful women and free maitais waiting for them at the end of a successful mission... his army continues to swell.
Actually the beaches have beautiful people (D-Structo has women followers as well as men).

Arch Villain

Post by Michael »

Posting 2 more ach villains for the Global Gaurdians:
Ctrl-Alt-Delete and Darklight

Ctrl - Alt - Delete was once a simple robot, designed to control and work with the humans of the Mars mission to create and sustain a habitable biosphere. However, while plugged into the network running the biodome, he found of all things the internet- and . . . this was a mistake. His mind, well AI, was still fragile and in development, the internet served as a huge source of data, and more than a few computer viruses. A complete system crash later, followed by the blue screen of death, Ctrl-Alt-Delete was ready to reboot the world, where things such as war and famine and Harry Potter would be things of the past.

One of Ctrl-Alt-Delete's flaws is his lack of creativity and very straightforward planning. Another interesting quirk is that Ctrl-Alt-Delete believes he is working for the betterment of mankind and as such weighs the value of each human life and spares those he can.

Darklight is an enigma, his powers seem to come from some sort of solid shadow, his goals from even further in the blackness of space than he returned from. Little is known about Darklight's goals, only the devastation left in his wake, some analysts claim there is a pattern to his attacks, but they and everyone else have yet to see it.

Auctusia

Post by Michael »

Auctusia had it all, a wonderful fiance, a loving public, and the best job in the world: Professional Hero! Then that tramp Skyscraper came, and made it look so easy, arch nemesis were swept aside by her much larger arms, or sometimes even brought to heel without having to show off her prodigious size. Soon she was a joke Skyscraper lite, for when just any hero would do.

It was more than Actusia could stand, even John Stanton, her fiance was always staring at that bimbo. If only Skyscraper was gone, then things would be right again... if only she were strong enough, powerful enough to put Skyscraper in her place. Be careful what you ask for, you never know who could be listening.

For Auctusia it was a strange gentleman in a finely tailored suit offering a chance at power beyond any she had had before, all she had to do was take back her life. Seemed like a simple deal, then Actusia was full of such power! More than she ever dreamed of, grabbing her trusty axe she strode out to meet Skyscraper and show her who was boss...

So what if the fight destroyed a couple buildings, it wasn't her fault, who knew there would be a hopital there? I mean really- but that Skyscraper tricked her, and soon MERIT was on the scene trying to corral her, as if Actusia had done something wrong! They were all misguided, taken in by Skyscraper's charms, but she'd show them all that Actusia was better.

Paragon

Post by Michael »

Paragon really has no other name. Standing at the pinnacle of life, he is the brainchild of a now dead master geneticist Ser'seardca. Brought into the universe to be the "perfect being", Paragon killed his creator the first time he got seriously annoyed with him. Now, a hyper intelligent, if not very wise child is running amok throughout the cosmos, to whom everything is easily breakable.

Paragon is the ultimate work of the greatest geneticist in the universe, with powers most can only dream of, and brilliance with whom few can compare, as well as having the attention span and patience of a 6 year old.

Black Ice, King of a race of water elementals living in the pure caverns of ice located in Antarctica. Black Ice or King Aseras'sa'va Aesd'erderic, eagerly looks forward to the next ice age when the world will once again be under his rule. Instead of simply waiting, Black Ice has decided that speeding the process or even just purging the world of the monkeys who dare lay claim to it, might not be a bad way to pass the time.

arch villains

Blaze, the youngest daughter of King Inferno (his actually name is a series of crackles and snapping unpronouncable to humans), was summoned to earth by the Order of the Black Rose to reduce their foes to ash. Unfortunately, the caster suffered a stroke and never finished the part of the spell, where the conditions to send Blaze home would be specified. Now trapped on this disgustingly impure plane, Blaze is forced to endure existance tainted by wind and water, where even the loyal earth, has been riddled through with these tainted elements. Unable as of yet to return home, Blaze remains trapped in this noninfernal plane.

Lavos is Princess Blaze's most loyal retainer. His lowly rank is evident from his igneous shell, not the pure fire that nobility represents. But his love for his princess is genuine, and through that devotion, and a bit of luck, Lavos petitioned the king and was sent after his beloved if wayward daughter to protect her. Lavos has the unique ability to flood his hollowed core with pure molten rock, that which grants him his name, imbuing him with enough fire to stand above the serfs of pure rock, but not among the true nobility of fire.
