History
Music Meister claims he was bullied as a child, because he sang in choir. But he soon discovered that when he sang higher, he could hypnotize people.

He used his powers to get Black Canary, Green Arrow, Aquaman, Black Manta, Gorilla Grodd and Clock King to hijack a United Nations' communications satellite, launching it into space after they install a device for him.

Having heard Black Canary sing, he falls for her, but not enough to give up villainy, and she rejects him. Meister manages to capture Batman and Black Canary and put them in a death trap. They escape as Music Meister hypnotizes the world with his music (with help of the satellite). When Black Canary becomes his slave, Batman gets the satellite to transmit her sonic scream which breaks Music Meister's mind control and frees everyone. Batman then finally gets his hands on the Meister, decking him with a single punch to the jaw.

Adaptation Notes:
*His low Hits are because of his Frail disadvantage, which I gave him on account of being knocked out with a single punch on both of his appearances.
*note that it was never explained where MM was getting his advanced tech. I assumed he just mind-controlled someone into building it for him.
*his Motivation is Thrills because he proclaimed his "love for villainy".
*I gave him Sewing to round out his Skills, and to explain where he got all those costumes.
*Research done at Batman.Wikia.com

I made this as a gift for my friend William T. Trasher, based on a drawing he did, but this is still an interesting concept anyone can use!

I never heard of Music Meister before, but he sounds fun. I like the build a lot. Your build notes is a nice touch to explain your build rationalizations. Domestic skills are highly underappreciated, lol.

Deku (“Potential”) (from the Anime MY Hero Academia)

Image

In an alternate Earth where 80% of the human race have spontaneously developed powers called “quirks”, Izuku Midoriya was one of the few who didn’t. This shattered his dream of becoming a hero like his idol, All-Might. He was even bullied by a fellow school kid, Bakugo, who called him Deku (“useless”).

One day, Bakugo was taken hostage by a villain. Impulsively, Deku tried to rescue him. He failed, but All-Might was impressed by the boy’s courage. He revealed to him that, due to injuries suffered years ago, he was no longer able to maintain his super-form for long and was looking for a successor. Izuku accepted and, by swallowing some of All-Might’s DNA (from a hair strand :P) he gained his special quirk, “One for All”, that gave him incredible physical power but at the cost of injuring himself since his body was not yet accustomed to it.

Izuku’s dream of attending the Hero Academy became reality. While this meant he once again has a rivalry going on with Bakugo, he has also gained new friends, including a girl named Ochako who calls him by the alternate meaning of Deku: Potential. Thus he chose to use what once was an insult as his Hero Name.

Identity: Izuku Midoriya
Status: Hero
Hits: 100
Brawn 1 (2 pts)
Agility 1 (2 pts)
Mind 2 (4 pts)
Powers
Boost 3 (Brawn, Only while Pushing) 3 pts “One for All”
Boost 3 (Agility, Only while Pushing) 3 pts “One For All”
Advantages
Membership (in the Hero Academy)
Disadvantages
Public Identity
Mental Malfunction
Hero Worship: He’s obsessed with proving himself worthy of being All-Might’s successor; that sometimes affects his judgment.
Skills:
Athletics/Acrobatics x1
Sociology/Supers x 3
Breakdown: Stats 8, Powers 6 = 14 pts

Design Notes:
*This is the basic version of Deku. He has begun to develop his abilities but I will wait a bit longer before I make an update.
*Izuku’s Sociology specialty reflects his study of known heroes and villains. This allows him to devise tactics against them.
*In BASH terms, Izuku must use the Pushing rules to use One For All, losing 20 Hits each time. This has actually broken his limbs and left scars on him.

I like the basic concept of Deku. The idea of damaging yourself in order to confront a powerful villain, one who will undoubtedly damage you further, is a noble example of self-sacrifice! Luckily, having only 14 CP invested in the hero, the player will surely benefit from a number of Hero Points to help him out!
