Someone else will create a character who exists in the same worlds as her.
The rules:
1. There must be some relation between your character and a previously posted character. It might be a friend, teammate, rival, enemy, or even a golden age hero that a modern hero grew up admiring but never met.
2. No alterations of previously posted stuff. You can be inspired by others posts, but don't go making changes.
3. Only one character statted up per post, but feel free to mention, hint, or allude to other characters in that post, to provide potential inspiration for other posters.
4. Once several characters are created, it's possible, even likely, to create a character connected to more than one previous character. This is fine. Also, a popular or interesting character can have lots of relations.

The Harpy
Larissa Harper was never a pretty child, with a long beak-like nose, jagged teeth, and untameable hair. But she could always sing. As she passed through her teen years, her powers fully manifested themselves, she decided to grab her chance for greatness. She has not designed a costume for herself, feeling that her appearance was recognizable enough. Larissa craves the praise and adulation of being a hero. She is The Harpy, and the world will soon know of her!
