I think Super Leap 3 might be too high.

I don't get why you made there be "Charges" there. Why not have the "Lasts 1 Hour" Weakness for -2 Character Points.

B3 A3 M2 (20 Pts)

Powers: 6 Pts
Super Leap 1
Martial Arts Mastery 1 (Defensive)
Skillful (2 Slots) 1pt
Super Speed 3


Weakness: Source of Power: Pills last 1 hour; can only be taken ever other hour. (-2 pts)

Disadvantage: Normal (when Miraclo pills wear off) Maybe some sort of dependency thing with Miraclo, like Susceptibility to going X amount of time without it...
Advantage: Pick 2 things

So far that looks like he's only 24 points.

Hey BASHMAN, this is an eloquent and simple build. It covers all the bases and takes up very little space on the character sheet. This is something I really have to work on. My builds are cluttered because I try to define way too much detail (in order to precisely describe the hero/villain).

Back to the hero, the Miraclo pill’s “can only be taken ever other hour” definition doesn’t define the hero accurately but, for the environment of roleplaying, it’s a brilliant compromise. A story writer can easily narrate the events that he/she wants to unfold at exactly the moment desired but that never happens in actual game play. The fact that your Miraclo only works every other hour means that it is a real weakness for the character. At the same time most combat encounters and scenes can be measured, in-game time, by minutes, and the next scene could easily be an hour or so later! In truth though, most of this would be hand-waved unless the Narrator is looking to create a tense moment.
