Added two more members of the Global Guardians' Rogue's Gallery: Mancer and Torment.
Mancer's powers come from combining technology and magic. He gets along especially well with Coven since Coven is interested in technology, and even more fascinated with Mancer's technomagic.

Torment is however, an extremely difficult member of the Rogue's Gallery to work with. It takes trying to convince Torment that he will be able to kill more people later if he works with the other villains and tries to not kill them for now. Cold Iron would even prefer to kill the abomination than fight the Global Guardians. As for System Crash, the fact that Torment views him as a mutilated wreck more machine than man and not worth killing, means that System Crash loathes Torment and tries to destroy it instead at every opportunity.
