A *VERY* easy "solve" for wanting to use superhero scale powers, but not stats would be to just change the scale for stats. So use the BASH! I'm debating if a single individual contributor is defeated if the combined form immediately separates. I can see the argument both ways. I think maybe I don't include specific rules for that so the individual Narrator can decide.
