While flyboy suffer his moral dilemma and finishes his cigar, Vagabond continues to try and thin their number.

The first goon topples to the ground with a blow to the skull, the second is winded from a blow to the gut.

Putting his hands up “ok old man enough already” says the last goon

Vagabond considers his surrender then suddenly a shout goes out of “coward” followed by a burst of machine gun fire.

Burst attack and -2 to situational for flank/surprise etc.

Vagabond dives behind the last thug using him for cover as the bullets from the Thompson riddle the goon, Vagabond lands badly and pain shots through his back “damn I am getting to old for this” he mutters. Vagabond rises from the roll his trusty 45’s in his hands again, bucking as they return fire.

Two shots harmlessly hit the cover around the goon, but the 3rd takes the goon down.

Actually that's me who hesitates^^ As a player,fleeing with gimpy would mean 'kicking Vagabond out of the scene' but Sky-King knows exactly what he's got to do.

So if we've got an agreement..

At that very moment, his feet leave the ground.
Gimpy joe look up in terror. Sky-King holds him firmly as they fly over rooftops.
Sky King jokes "You won a free tour. Fasten your seatbelt buddy"

Hearing a sudden cry he turns to see the punk flying off with his scum bag “Why you son of a b$~$H”, on instinct he brings up his pistols, but then grumbling to himself he holsters them and kicks a nearby trashcan. As he stalks of into the darkness sounds of police sirens can be heard wailing in the distance.

Several hours later….

Sky-King stood cigar in mouth a satisfied grin upon his face as he watched the police clear up the last of Scars men. The bad guys had been caught, the gas recovered and he still had time to get to Prancing Dans for his date with Betty.

This satisfaction soon came to an end though, when suddenly the doors at the end of a nearby warehouse flew open and there was a roar of an engine and out shot a bi-plane. In a glance as the plane was taking off Sky-King saw two things the villain Scars was piloting the plane and strapped to its bottom was a bomb filled with poison gas.

Quickly firing the ignition Sky-King shot into the air in pursuit.

OCC:

Task: Intercept Plane
Goal:100 Pilot V Pilot
Time Frame: Opposed by pursuer
Participation: Separate Progress
Complications: 3 on 2d6 out manoeuvred no progress that page.

So each page
Scars Pilot (2) +1 Dice bonus for planes agility (3) v Your Pilot (2)/Control (allow a re-roll and take best)
He will add to the final result 2 (flight), you will add (4)
The fires to a 100 wins, he starts with a 10 head start as you are in pursuit.

So the 2 should be 10 and 10 headstart. so total is = 34

The rules seems a bit odd^^
